Problem Statement:

Talentcare is currently undergoing a rebranding transition, shifting from an illustration-centric approach to one centered around photography. The website previously exhibited outdated practices, characterized by poor web accessibility, a disjointed flow, and inconsistent visual elements.

Proposed Solution:

The objective of the brand update is to establish a unified aesthetic by incorporating photography, aiming to infuse a more human and relatable feel. The website is undergoing a comprehensive overhaul to enhance user flow, addressing issues related to navigation and consistency. Additionally, a new blog site has been introduced to support upcoming marketing content.

Brand & website expansion:


Expanding beyond the website and social media ads, I transitioned visual elements into more photo-based graphics for numerous conferences and events. This shift involved a conscious effort to prioritize diversity and inclusion, reshaping both the visual narrative. In this evolution, we refined the color palette and illustration styles, ensuring they aligned with our commitment to a more inclusive and vibrant visual identity. This strategic adaptation not only enhanced our visual presence at conferences and events but also reflected our dedication to fostering a diverse and welcoming environment in every facet of our brand representation.
